I’m honestly pretty satisfied with the work done by Top Tier Roofing and Siding. From the beginning, David explained the process clearly and answered the questions I had without rushing through anything. That helped me feel more comfortable moving forward. During the project, Jeni Anderson was the main point of contact and kept me updated here and there, which made things easier to follow. The crew showed up on time and got started without much delay. Our experience with Top Tier Roofing and Siding was honestly pretty good overall. We worked with David and he was easy to deal with from the start. He answered questions we had and explained things a bit more clearly compared to a couple other companies we spoke with earlier. There were a few small things that needed to be finished up at the end, but it got handled without much back-and-forth, so the process stayed fairly smooth. They shared photos before, during, and after the work, which was helpful to see what was actually being done. David came to my house and conducted a detailed inspection, including taking an aerial view of the roof to assess the condition and scope of repairs. He walked me through the findings clearly and explained the recommended work in detail. He also provided a presentation folder for my wife and me to review, which included physical samples of different Owens Corning shingle types and color options that would be used for the project. On another occasion, he connected me directly with an Owens Corning representative, which helped answer additional product-related questions and gave us more confidence in the materials being used.
