Well it started average. I owe them bills. money is tight. bills went to collections. my skin is getting worse and they won't reschedule an already scheduled appointment to get me in sooner cause my skin is getting worse and because I can't afford to pay my past bills. so now I am being refused service....thebilling department people did not have empathy or care about my situation because they haven't gotten there money yet.
Dr. Lewis is awesome. I also just left my appointment with the new PA in Appleton, Stephanie and she is amazing! Very down to earth, realistic and friendly. She's definitely a keeper!
