The carpet that we got done was black and it kind of stunk. Servpro was there the day after we called and when they were all done it looked like they put new carpet in. 😄 It smelt amazing and besides for a few permanent, small stains, the carpet was white.

I came home on a Friday night to find water pouring down from the upstairs into my finished basement. After turning off the water I called Servpro. I received an immediate call back from a Manager asking for details. Even though it was a Friday night he suggested I get someone there sooner than later. He already had a crew busy but was still able to get another crew from Appleton. They came and did a great job, they were very mindful of my house and put down plastic and protectants all over.
