Ray was available the very next day to come out and diagnose the problem with our furnace, which needed a new motor. Our furnace is not typical so the part had to be ordered and 3 business days later (right after a huge blizzard too) he came out and replaced it! Ray was awesome to work with, timely, and has good rates. I’m used to having to shop around for quotes on work being done due to high rates so this was a breath of fresh air to just say “ok great let’s do it!”

Ray is extremely knowledgeable and is always punctual and courteous. Rates charged are very fair. Has been my go-to business for over 20 years for my water heater, boiler and even a gas fireplace.

I had Ray come over as I was having water coming out of my furnace and wasn't sure what was going on. He looked over everything, found the problem, and fixed the issue. He also did seasonal maintenance on the AC unit. Overall, great appointment. Ray always goes thru everything he sees with my furnace and AC unit with me. He also teaches me some basic maintenance information/how-to's that I can do in between visits to keep my equipment lasting longer and running at peak. His rates are great and usually can schedule for same week visit. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
