I RECOMMEND MY DR LAURA HANNAH. SHES REALLY A GOOD AND NICE DOCTOR.

Blatant discrimination. Its been over a month since I was here after moving states trying to continue treatment. Not only was I asked if I was on drugs 7 times during my appointment because im a guy with long hair. I was lied too told a drug a drug test is required in Wisconsin,, that I cant get my meds without redoing tests iv had done 6 times already , given a drug test , and told he dosent want me to to give him my medical records during my appointment because he wants to go home. 37 days later and 3 call attempts to pravea getting transfered around untill I get hung up each time on wasting hours of my time. I still cannot confirm my medical records request was even submitted to my previous place , nobody can see it in a system. No communication and im still here at step 1. Iv filed a formal complaint and scheduled an appointment at a different heath system. In my entire life i have never had such a poor and rude experience with a doctor. Im baffled that this behavior even allowed.

Its been over a month and nothing in profile account related to a a records request. They just didnt do it after giving me the run around ebcause they didnt like how I look.

Dr Christoper Kading with Prevea Physical Therapy in Ashwaubenon has provided me with options for my PT care and education about those options.
His requests for my ongoing PT care have been approved with my insurance company and I believe this is due to his observation about my needs for continued care.

I visited urgent care yesterday and was in and out with treatment in under 45 minutes. The staff were all kind and efficient.

Excellent care and customer service provided! Highly recommended.

Worst place to go , physicians don’t listen to u and put false information into your permanent file. The process to amend this information is much more difficult then it was to put it in.

Prevea instant care is fantastic regarding their concern testing and follow up.

Friendly, professional, very well taken care of here definitely would recommend.
