Our coil spring broke this morning. Called Josh referred by Overhead Door as they were booked into October. Yikes! Josh was able to squeeze us in between calls and came to the rescue shortly after. I have experienced nothing but polite, professional and quality materials from Premiere Door. I have used them as a vendor for many purchases and they have always made sure the product I asked for was in top condition and working order. The team there have consistently offered great customer service. They are courteous and quick to return my calls. I had an instance last spring where I needed an item immediately but I was in the southern half of the state and they met me HALF WAY in Oshkosh to get me what I needed.
