My 3yr old grandson who is in severe pain was turned away for having both private ins. And badgercare while he was in lobby waiting to be seen!! Mom filled out the forms before appointment, let them know he had dual insurance, they said it was fine. They got to appt, checked in and waited for 30min before being told that he can’t be seen because of having dual insurance. Mom asked what do they suggest because 3yr old is crying, can’t sleep due to horrendous pain. Their advice was to take the child off his father’s insurance and only use badgercare, which the father is required to carry by law!!!!It is heartless to turn a 3yr old away in severe pain. This place does not put children first. They cou have treated him but cared more about being able to charge maximum. If you are a pediatric dentist, children should come first, Especially a child in severe pain

After watching the dentist at familia give my eldest son his numbing shot and not giving the shot time to work, she jumped in, hurting him immensely. After he told her it still hurt she told him it's supposed to hurt. Will never go back to familia dental!!! OHP is great with kids, very good at distracting kids, not showing kids the shot, very patient with each child.

I took my son here to possibly put a crown on his tooth at the fox heights location because quickly realized the staff will travel to nearby locations and work at other OHP's. I had the same assistant twice on different days. First time asked me to sign a waiver for restraining my son. I said No. Today the Dentist wasn't able to put a crown on my sons tooth but was able to move to a plan b and still help my son and my son did great. The dentist said he could pick out a toy and left the room. The assistant scolded my child after the dentist left the room and told him he wasn't a good listener and there would be NO toys. That was completely unacceptable and I will be reporting this! Very unprofessional and I reassured him the whole time he was doing great. If you don't like working with kids, why do you work at a childrens dentist office!?

My little boy's 2nd visit, and he finally sat in the chair AND let the dentist look in his mouth! Everyone there was incredibly patient, and sensitive to my son's special needs. Exceptional professionalism was exhibited by all we encountered (dentist, assistants, and desk staff). Highly recommend Dr Kealey❤️

We absolutely love them! My daughter is 12 and has always hated going to the dentist until we started to go here. 100% would reccomend 1000 times over!

The Dentist that worked with my daughter today was amazing she had nothign but good things to say she says she always wants him as her dentist so that's a plus as she has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist
