Our aunt died unexpectedly in Green Bay. She had chosen Newcomer funeral home and had a prepaid contract established. We don’t live in Green Bay so it was a 3-4 hour trip to get there. We were assisted by Erika. I can’t say enough about how much she assisted us in the process. She made difficult calls for us. She was very personable and knowledgeable about everything. At a difficult time, having lost my husband, Erica Donaldson was so respectful yet really helpful in helping us make the necessary decisions that needed to be made. So many things to consider; we certainly appreciated her guidance. The process was relatively easy. She was quick to respond via email to any questions I had and gently nudged me when needed
Dustin was excellent as well with taking care of setting up the service area, converting our pictures to a video for viewing and he was great in handling everything the day of the service. I have only have a huge Thank You to everyone at Newcomers and not one complaint.
