We had a pipe bust inside our bedroom wall and doug came out right away and took care of everything. Hes been back every day since to monitor the moisture in the walls to make sure there won't be any mold. Im grateful for his service. On a side note, he also wears shoe coverings when he walks on our carpet. Very thoughtful and respectful. I recommend this place to anyone needing the job done right.

Jensen’s was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! They have great communication and their service was excellent! They made sure all of the areas I requested to be cleaned in the house were and even made a second no charge trip out to my house to make sure the cleaning was to my standards. They are very affordable too. I would absolutely use them again!

They took such great care at our home! Honest, dependable, fair pricing and wonderful communication.
Sometimes you can do a gut check about a person or business and that was the case in the situation. From the get-go, everything was seamless, and our carpets are so well cleaned that we are going to be set now for a while. Jensen's Carpet Care did an amazing job on a job that I thought was impossible to do. Our carpets were so dirty and abused after 2 years of use in our Women's Homeless shelter and the carpet crew almost made them look like new. The way they did their work impressed me.
