The owner Chris is a very helpful and reliable person, that is the model he has for his company also.
Heaton Heating and Cooling have come out and responded to late night issues and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and after a couple days, when the parts came in, they were there that day doing the install.
I can't recommend this company enough.

Very up front, honest and knowledgeable. Only person to answer the phone at 6 in the morning so he's VERY reliable if you need someone to get to you ASAP. I highly recommend and trust this company. It was a pleasure doing business.

From reaching out to me based on a FB post, and taking time to message with giving detail and explaining things in depth, to coming out when we reached back out to have him come give a quote. He was extremely professional, kind, and educated to help give us options and provide the best solution for our needs. We will ? be coming back when the time is needed to replace and upgrade our furnace/ac! I cannot thank him enough for being flexible and not just giving us that sales pitch.
