Stumbled upon this place while shopping at my favorite flower / gift shop Nature's Best Floral. Had some time to kill and sign said walk-ins welcome. Only one customer in the salon. Three people working. Definitely had buyers remorse when I realized I got the total as it wasn't a warm welcoming experience. Windows are covered with advertising, so you really don't know what you're walking into. Overpriced and below expectations. $92 for basic mani/ pedi prior to 20% tip.. No polish. No communication due to language barrier. No smiling, no appreciation. I paid the bill and I left a 20% tip, however as I said I had buyers remorse. I don't mind paying if it's a nice experience- this is simply another chop shop with zero effort in regard to making customer feel comfortable. Not a stand out.

Booked an appointment a few weeks ago and went today and realized the ownership has changed with no communication. This used to be my favorite nail place in Green Bay but the vibe is different and seems very disorganized and not as elevated of an experience as before. They have not communicated anything to current clients so just be aware when booking the old owners are no longer involved in the business.

The absolute best spot in the Green Bay/De Pere area for nails and more. Sylvia, Son + Co are true professionals providing an array of beauty services. From the moment you walk in to Group Beauty Co. you know you’re in for a luxurious experience. The entire salon is meticulously clean and decorated beautifully. Son worked tirelessly to right another salons wrong on my natural nails and I am so grateful. I’m not going anywhere else for my nails and neither should you! 💅🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sylvia did a great job on my pedi. She paid a lot of attention to my nails. I love the salon! It’s clean, organized and lots of colors to choose from. I recommend the be Deva collection ?. I’ll definitely be back and tell all my friends. Thank you

BEWARE of this establishment! They make numerous mistakes when scheduling and then say it is the customer's fault even when you have emails proving you are correct! They never apologiz!

The owner herself did my pedicure and she took her time and done it nicely. Very thorough and she was looking cute and all nice as she was getting dirty.

Sylvia did an amazing job on my brows. She asked me about how much makeup I usually wear to be sure to get the color correct. She worked around my crazy schedule to get me in and never made me feel un-easy about it. Sylvia and Son are both very welcoming in their salon. I own a farm and beauty salons are not my thing, but they are so kind! I love my brows and so happy I do not have to try to paint them on anymore because honestly I wouldn't do it anyways ?Requested style: Matched my eye brows to my skin and the fact I do not wear much make up so they are natural looking.Specialties: My eye brows are now tattooedCleanliness: The salon is very clean.
