The Howard site was a wonderful experience. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. I was made to feel comfortable while receiving the exam. I needed two areas on my face that required a freeze. This was well explained. Thank You

Was supposed to have my VA benefit extension however the person who scheduled my appointment selected Blue Cross by mistake. And the VA was not applied for this appointment. Not happy about this. Happens yearly.

Front desk and nurse were great Dr. Was not listening and was training a new Dr but never engaged with them once. Why have them in the room then?
