Initial taxes done in timely manner but not correct. Had to have them done correctly.Then received a K-1 schedule. Dropped it off, wrote on it to contact me to discuss it. I made several call but no answer.I was never called to discuss it but I was called 7 months later to pick it up, due in 5 days and pay $50.00 for ammendment. If it had been done in a timely manner and they had called me and discussed it I would understand. I understand covd has changed things but customer service should NOT be one.

This place really sucks. Made mistakes last year asked them to correct them and they did but waited until the day before the appointment and said that they could not do our taxes. Piss poor way to do business.
