Today was my first experience with Elbow Grease Massage Studio. I saw Katie of an eval/Therapeutic Massage in hopes that this might be a path to finally solving issues I've had with chronic hip and knee pain. WOW. Katie's depth of knowledge and skill set far exceeded my expectations....and I feel absolutely incredible after just one session. I'm looking forward to my next session. In the meantime, I will be grateful every day that I can move with more ease and less pain.

I had a 2-hour massage with Matt. He did an outstanding job at working away my right hip, neck and lower back pain. The first hour was traditional massage and the second hour was a combination of stretching and massage. He knows what he is doing. I’m planning to become a regular at Elbow Grease.
