I had a great experience with Edwin C Garot Plumbing. I needed quite a few things addressed in our new home and Rick came out quickly to give me a quote. I needed the work done right away as we had appliances getting delivered soon after the quote, followed by us moving in. Brittany was able get us on the schedule and get the work done even though the list of work grew a bit as I came across other issues. My sump pump went out during the torrential rains of April 2026! My experience with Garot plumbing from the first phone call to completion of the new sump pump install was exceptional. Brittany is kind, prompt and professional with her communication regarding scheduling and price estimates. Rick arrived on time, completed the install, cleaned up and was out the door in half an hour. I also had Ryan from Garot fix a corroded pipe in my basement and had the same exceptional experience.
