From the moment I walked into the doors I could feel the warmth of the staff. It is a rare find to go somewhere filled with so many happy people! It was very refreshing. I was very impressed with the doctor and staff. Highly recommend.
I find Dental Arts Associates friendly and make you feel like family. They are fast on getting you in for appointments, and very experienced. I wouldn't go anywhere else very satisfied.
the only gripe I have with dental arts associates would come on the billing end of things. the dentists and assistants were lovely and did quick painless work. the only issue I had was being billed $500 more than I was initially quoted, then calling later to find out that it was a mistake they made on their end that if I hadn't caught, I'd be out 500 dollars. that did rub me the wrong way, but hopefully it was just a simple mistake and I will make sure to stay on top of them in the future so it doesn't happen again.
