My experience with Cyber Works was fantastic. I had thought my laptop would be unfixable but it was no problem, They looked over my hardware and reinstalled windows like I asked. Easy peasy.

I am retired from Procter & Gamble and I expect a lot from my customer service reps. Michael Gay hit on every level. He was professional yet approachable and personable. He was quick to respond yet precise and accurate. He was thorough. I always felt he was in control and knew the process correctly EVERY time! He had a delightful attitude and made this stressful purchase process not only tolerable but enjoyable as much as possible . I think James Overly needs to hire more Michael Gays! Excelent repair / .modification of my Lenovo all in one. Great job converting Optane memory to a 2nd internal SSD. The only shop in Green Bay I trust and recommend for build or repair of any of my 3 laptops and 3 all in ones.
