As a first-time customer, I had a good experience with Carmen! From the beginning, she was transparent about pricing, which I really appreciated. She took the time to explain each step of the coloring process and provided great hair care tips to help maintain my results.
Her studio was clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated—I especially loved the pink touches throughout the space. Most importantly, Carmen achieved exactly the color I was looking for. My blonde highlights had previously turned brassy at other salons, but Carmen was able to give me the true blonde tone I wanted. She truly exceeded my expectations.
This women knows what she's doing! If I could give her 50 stars I would. My hair has exceeded my expectations. She really understands the science behind hair. I left happy and knowing how to care for my hair. My transformation is outstanding. Also she was very nice. :) Will be going back.

Over all the best when it comes to blondes!!! I went from dark brown, to silver, to black to honey and carmen would always find a way for my hair to stay healthy even when I did all that crazy color change. I been with her for several years and don't ever regret a thing!
