We recently used CCS Property to help with mold challenges in a relatives basement. The bathroom had a leak which led to mold in the basement. We had great service from the review/estimate of the problem at no charge. We had great and friendly service from the team that tackled the mold. After the mold issue was resolved the room was left super clean!!!! The fee was reasonable when we shopped for these services. Great service at cost effective pricing!! Mike has been nothing short of amazing to work with during a difficult time for our family. We had extensive water damage and Mike has been there helping us every step of the way.
