Mike is amazing. From the start of talking with him he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I had a lot. This company looks out for the homeowner. A rare find. They changed me nothing. Nothing. To assess water damage I incurred from a recent plumbing leak. Mike drove down to Two Rivers which is a good 45 min drive from where they are located and charged me nothing. A closer place quoted me at $1300 for a four day dry out process. These are now my go to people. I will be referring anyone who asks that this is definitely a five star company. I can't say enough good things.
Jamie has been an absolute lifesaver. I came back from vacation to a flooded basement on a Sunday night and had people over extracting the water within an hour. He walked me through the whole process, helped me manage my insurance, and responded to all of my questions and concerns. His contacts were all equally professional.
