Horrible experience all the way around. The installer (Jeremy) was argumentative the day of measurement. I mentioned that to the sales guy (Javier) and was gaslight. "Not Jeremy, he is the best we have got". The sales guy did a below average job keeping notes of my project. The installer screwed up installing/ seaming the carpet and we did not have enough to finish the job. When speaking to the manager (Steve) he offered LITTLE assistance and ZERO solution. I am left with a final invoice yet one room not finished, one room without a threshold and flooring run short under my dishwasher, so two gaps.

Nice selection of flooring but very disappointed in their customer service. We purchased expensive hard wood flooring from them only to have an issue with some boards splitting months after being installed.
We had flooring professionally installed, just not by them. Because it was not by them, they did not stand behind their product. In fact, we were told by their inspector from the get go that Carpet City most likely won't stand behind it as they usually find some reason one way or another.
We decided to purchase a few boards ourselves to replace the faulty pieces. At that time we were told they not longer sell this particular hardwood as they became aware it was a faulty product. Okay, so you KNOW it's faulty but you still find a reason to not compensate us??!

Don’t waste your time and money in this place! Once they get your money they will never stand behind the faulty products they sell and also will not stand behind the crappy installers they contract out. Move on and find another company to work with.

I had Carpet City install new carpeting in two rooms. The installer was Bob. He did an absolutely amazing job, plus very kind, curtius, efficient & over the top professional! I would recommend Carpet City all the way. Also, kudos to the Manager, Steve. Excellent guy to work with!!
