We had Blindauer come in and do an emergency repair on our commercial building in downtown Green Bay after a storm. Then, they worked with our insurance company to file a claim and eventually installed a brand new roof on the entire structure. That roof is TOP QUALITY. Blindauer is the only name you need to know when it comes to commercial building roof maintenance/repair and installation. I have been a satisfied customer for a very long time. They have done repairs to my flat rubber roof for about a decade. Through their efforts I have been able to extend the life of my 20-year roof to over 30 years! My plans are to have them replace the roof sometime in the spring/summer of 2023. They do quality work, on time, and are responsive to emergency situations. My tenants and I need to know that if a leak occurs it will be repaired right, the very first time. I have used this business more than once and have never been disappointed! I get excellent customer service from the office to the workers. Had my roof replaced and extra rotted wood replaced and they did a beautiful job. Yard was totally clean when they left, no debris, no nails. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them! Contacted Blindauer to come out and check out some leaky flashing issues I was experiencing during a VERY busy time due to weather. The office staff was so friendly and helpful and explained it may take a little time which was completely understandable. The employee made it out a few days later, and took the time to walk my mother through everything as I was unable to make it over to the house. He took pictures of the issues on the roof, explained what he was going to do to fix it, and also pointed out some other fixes I could do to extend the life of my chimney as well as a flat section of roof. He was very professional and went the extra mile as far as I am concerned. Thank you SO much for helping a new homeowner out!!

Roof looks nice, but screws from the gutter were left in the lawn and driveway. I thought we got them all until we found one in my wife's tire today. Their estimate was a few thousand dollars more expensive than H and S, whose work I see around town, and is exactly the same in quality. I would currently NOT recommend Blindauer.

If you're looking for a free estimate on roof repairs, beware. Was unpleasantly surprised when we got the bill for an hour of repair on our roof (charged for 2.75 hours). Good quality work but the cost was way more that we expected. With the amount of business offering free estimates, I would not use this company again. Thought we found a gem, but not the case here.
