Went because my wife is recently diagnosed as type 2 diabetic. Had some concerns. Firstly, lady at check in was absolutely fantastic. We got in right away. Saw Dr. Paul Scott. Unbelievably the best Dr I've ever heard explain things to wife. I learned more in 20 minutes with this Dr than ever before with anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to visit him.

Wait time was less then I would of thought. Everyone was professional and friendly. Nurse and Dr listened to my symptoms and explained everything how to proceed. Would highly recommend this place.

Anytime I need to go here they always cover all bases to make sure you're getting the best care they can provide. Theyre always my choice for urgent care. Not too long of waiting times either.

Went in on a Friday morning after fighting with a nasty cough for over a week. Starting at the sign in desk everyone I came in contact with was attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Nurse Kayla was terrific and Dr. Cruz was thorough and considerate. The x-ray tech (didn't get her name) was extremely professional and showed great concern for my well-being on the walk to x-ray, after offering a wheelchair, which I declined. I came away reassured and with prescriptions for meds to give me relief. There was a minimal wait to be seen and after that everything moved along very quickly and efficiently. My expectations were greatly exceeded, and I thank everyone I encountered during this visit. Also received a follow-up phone call later in the day with test results and making sure I was doing OK.

Everyone there was absolutely lovely and kind who did the blood tests except for the nurse Kelly Schaefer. She was dismissive of someone needing a blood screening and she genuinely deserves to be fired for how unprofessional and lack of bedside manner she has as a resident nurse. If you go there, avoid having her!!! The woman who took blood and the woman who was there initially before her was amazing!!! Both deserve a pay raise for how awesome they were

I had the worst experience of my life there Claimed they couldn't help me.The Doctor should be fired.I will file a formal complaint.Not right.Never got a bill in the mail.They sent it to collections.Thanks.
