Patients praise the doctors, nurses, and technicians for being approachable, trustworthy, and thorough in their care. The health center's providers, including Dr. Gorder, Dr. Huang, and Dr. Sheila Teddy, are highly recommended for their exceptional care and attention to patients' needs. Appointments are unhurried, allowing for clear and concise explanations of concerns and test results. Patients have found Dr. Teddy, a neurologist, to be an exceptional provider who listens, cares, and ensures they receive the treatment they need. Serena Ashour, a provider who specializes in migraines, is also praised for her attentive approach and clear communication of treatment options.
They listen well, research if they need to right in front of me and explain everything, they show me any test results and give me time to ask questions. Always very polite concerned for you. They always ask how you're doing, and I always say Well I'm here. 😁 I don't trust many other doctors unless they're a prevea doctor. As far as I'm concerned they are the number one clinic in the world!
Recently made ved to Wisconsin from California. We signed up with Prevea as our new Medical provider. We have been very happy with all of the professionals we have been on contact with from our PCP to the specialists we have been assigned to and the Urgent Care system. Everyone has been so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. We highly recommend them.
From the time I walked through the front door of urgent care until the time that I left, I could not be happier with the care that I received I was so sick, but I was treated with respect and empathy. Absolutely wonderful experience.
