I initially wrote a positive review for this provider but no longer go here for primary care due to my experiences with Ashley Callaway. Despite my repeated pleas for help with increased chronic pain, she refused my request for an endocrinologist referral. Lab results indicated abnormalities, but she dismissed them. After switching to another provider, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and received the care I needed. When I brought up the possibility of fibromyalgia to Ashley she denied that I could have it despite my symptoms meeting the criteria.
It's a shame because I once trusted Ashley's judgment and thought she was fantastic.
However, the rest of the facility is great. The other staff genuinely care, and I receive excellent care for all my needs.

I saw a provider here a year ago, Brittanie Pinter, and she had terrible bedside manner and no idea how to help me. I had some very severe mental health issues that came on very suddenly, as in I stopped sleeping and was not in my right mind. During one appointment she said, "Just keep taking your meds, and you'll be back to n-, well, you'll be a functioning human being in six months." When I tried to explain the side effects to the meds she prescribed me, I was told those weren't side effects to the medications she prescribed, even though my mom read in the information from the paperwork from the pharmacy and said they were possible side effects.I was very, very fortunate that a counselor at Christian Family Solutions was able to diagnose me with the correct diagnosis, recommend hospitalization, and I got better within a few weeks. It was a miracle. It's been a year, and I'm not "a functioning human being." I'm a thriving wife, mother and music teacher.

I've always liked the providers I see but they make me fight them for my medication at least twice a year. Apparently doctors can't do math. They give you less than you need to even get to your testing dates..and just straight up forget to send prescriptions all the time. And a note from the pharmacy isn't enough. They have admitted to me in the past that they had the request and just didnt bother getting it to the dr. I have to babysit them to get the medications that THEY are telling me to take.

The desk girl down stairs working after 5pm on October 31st needs serious training in their system and people skills. I went in with my chart clearly marked with what I needed. Instead of being simple and maybe calling the nurse upstairs I waited a half hour only having to leave, call my doctor which they called the clinic to tell them basic instructions. I returned about 2 hours later and still she had no clue what was going on, she sat on her phone chewing her name tag trying to get me to pay for an appointment that I already had. I had to call my doctor again on speaker so she could tell the girl where to look in my chart, I then sat upstairs for over a half hour with no desk person, no nurse, a physical therapist happened to walk by and I had to ask them to get someone for me to do my lab. There were also dirty tissues in the lab bathroom where they set your sterile items. Extremely disappointed.

Two years ago, I had a right leg total knee replacement in New Mexico. While the surgery was successful, I began having swelling, pain, and decreased mobility about 6 months ago. Was seen by an orthopedic surgeon at Titletown who informed me that I didn't have full extension of my leg, and it was causing my symptoms. He suggested physical therapy, but wasn't optimistic, given that the surgery wasn't fairly recently.I am amazed and so happy with how my knee feels now after 6 weeks under the care of Tyler Burton (physical therapist) at Bellin Bellevue Clinic,Not only is my mobility improved, but I no longer have swelling and none to minimal pain.Tyler is an excellent physical therapist: knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and very personable. If I could, I would give him 10 stars!

I've been a patient with Bellin for many years, but in my time of needing prescription refills and not being able to get them, because I'm vacationing out of state, but yet use a nationwide pharmacy (Walgreens), I'm at the mercy of trying to find a primary care provider that won't charge an arm and a leg, since I have Medicare, and Medicaid thru Wisconsin only!! How can a provider hold your prescriptions hostage from you?? Just horrible!! I'll be changing to a better provider once I get home, you can bet on that!!

Bellin needs to get their billing straight. I have an auth# from my insurance for 15 visits for physical therapy. Bellin failed to obtain this authorization number and sent me a bill instead. I then provided them with the auth# because they stated they cannot get it. They continue billing me, now threating collections. I have made numerous calls and have been assured that the billing would be handled. Now Bellin is threating me with collections because of their own incompetence!

I was satisfied with my Physical Therapy to get exercises to loosen up tight muscles. Angie was great to work with and gave me some exercises to do at home with printed directions.
