Was totally disgusted with this place after 20 plus years of bringing our dogs here. We woke up after a restless night with our dog Vito who had an obvious ear infection as his ears were inflamed, hot, and he had been shaking his head all night long. I called Bay East right away thinking a technician could quickly peek at his ears and get him on some antibiotics, understanding they are busy, I was simply asking for a quick 3 minute in and out to give our dog some relief. I was shocked when the receptionist, who stated they were completely booked and had no space for him until the following Tuesday, 5 days from then. I simply asked her what I could do to get him seen. I was put on a long hold only to be told to come in the afternoon after 2 pm and would then be charged for an EMERGENCY vet visit. I politely told her we would be going elsewhere. I am thrilled to have found a new veterinary clinic here in Green Bay that is not only less EXPENSIVE, but open to emergencies when they occur. We have always loved seeing Dr. Eastman, unfortunately the clinic itself needs a MAKEOVER. I do wonder if there is a bit of discrimination since Vito is a pit bull (the friendliest) dog ever. I say this due to his reluctance of having his nails trimmed due to past trauma as a puppy. We were told the last time by the Dr. after 3 technicians were unable to finish his nail trim that he would need to be put under or heavily drugged for them to attempt his nail trim again. Ridiculous, these are professionals, we now trim his nails at home, yes a bit challenging but can be done, and we are no professionals. So Done!!!! Ursula T.

Dr Riedi and staff is absolutely amazing!!! She explains everything and is so caring even during stressful situations. She saved our Fur babies life. We can't thank her and the staff enough for this.

We had an emergency pop up Tuesday (almost 5pm). I called and was able to get in right away Wednesday morning. Dr. Riedi and her team not only took care, made a plan, for the initial issue but caught other issues while there. Dr. Riedi is always so through and makes sure to explain and show you the issues so you really understand the diagnosis and treatment!
I could go on and on forever about how amazing they are! Thank you so much Bay East and Dr. Riedi! ❤️❤️

These docs are great! We've taken all our dogs there over the years and they have been real partners in caring for our animals. Their prices are reasonable and they will work with you to pick the best course of action you can afford.

We have been taking our dogs here for many years and have received nothing but the best care. We have seen all the vets at some point but we usually see Dr. Eastman and she is awesome, she is very patient and puts up with a lot from one of my very rambunctious labs. All the vets are great though and I would recommend any of them. Everyone there is helpful and polite and when it comes to one of the heartbreaking days when you have to say good bye to a cherished pet they provide the most compassionate care and support for the family along with love and dignity for your pet. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sorry, most of the vets are great but, after seeing one of the male vets, we're now determined to change animal care. The cost has become prohibitive to make sure your pet is able to receive care; the vet told us that if the condition became worse, we could call him and he would prescribe something; the condition escalated significantly but when we called, we didn't receive a call back (over a weekend) and were told to go to the animal hospital. If the vet we saw had done what we asked him to do three days ago, our pet's condition wouldn't have worsened and, if you say we can call and you'll prescribe something - but then make us go to emergency care where the charges are also prohibitive, it doesn't speak to this specific vet's care. We're... done.

i took my kitten here after adopting him from the shelter in Door County because he was pulling his fur out and had a cold. the doctor i saw told me he didn't have fleas and that he probably just had diarrhea and was over grooming. she also said that his little cold would clear up. a week later he had pulled out more hair so i decided to take him to our longtime vet, Lakeside Animal Hospital in Oshkosh. my vet there did a skin scraping and found out he had mange/skin mites! now he has to be dipped once a week for six weeks. he also has a bad upper respiratory infection that he needed a shot of antibiotics for! the vet at Bay East didn't even do a skin scraping to see if he possibly had mites, didn't even offer. i guess since it was a "free" check up because i got him from the shelter, i didn't warrant the full monty. she kept trying to sell me heartworm pills and other stuff i didn't need (i have had several cats over the course of my life and i have NEVER given them heartworm pills!). overall i'm not happy with the services provided there. it was a quick "get in and get out" treatment. i will always go to my trusted vet in Oshkosh from now on.
