Called with an after hours issue and spoke with James- what a great guy! He answered all of my questions and we addressed all of my concerns and he came up with a game plan for service. He was very knowledgeable and patient and I felt like I was in good hands. Emergency situations are never good, but James put me at ease and I couldn’t thank him enough. Top tier!

We had a Trane furnace and Ac unit installed by Bay Area Service and Brian did a good job giving us a competitive price. He was knowledgeable on the services and the equipment offered and which units would be best for our home for costs and efficiency. The install guys were also great and cleaned up everything when they were done. They also did a followup with us after the install to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to replace their aged or broken furnace and ac units.
