From the moment I first walked into AVIVA I was surrounded by tender, gentle and supportive women. I was in a dark place in life and with their encouragement and assurance to trust the process, I began to shed the darkness and embrace the life I worked so hard to create. Without the IV Ketamine therapy, I would never have been able to do this.
Would encourage anyone struggling with their mental health to try the ketamine therapy. Prior to treatment, everything felt like a chore and there was more worry than joy in my life. I went into it with realistic expectations and didn't expect to notice anything so soon, but felt a positive change after the 1st infusion. Julie is top notch, and REAL which I appreciate. She ensures you're informed, comfortable, and her staff is amazing. I debated doing ketamine therapy for awhile but put it off because I was scared; now my only regret is not trying it sooner.
