This CPAP supplier has only supplied me with frustration. They are now saying I owe a co-pay, and are threatening to send it to collections, for equipment, I never received. I am able to get a hold of the billing department, which cannot help me with any of my issues. I am absolutely unable to get a hold of anyone who can help me get the supplies I need. All CPAP suppliers have horrendous customer service scores, But this one takes the kick. I would NEVER ever ever, under any circumstances, recommend this business.

Had one of your drivers tailgating me headed out highway 10Driver was tailgating , in heavy traffic , then weaving in and out of traffic. All while doing 80-85 mph in a 65 mph zone in a commercial truck.Driver took highway 10 to hwy 45 to hwy 116 towards winneconne, turned left on highway M. Pulled into a driveway a couple houses down M on the right side of the road.Please address this extremely unsafe driving by your drivers.

I have been a patient through their CPAP program but things turned out really for the worse come May this year. I ended up with them taking my APAP machine from me. And now trying to get it returned to me I am being told lies like I chose to return it! Baloney the provider is covering their rears because they don't want to admit the truth that they chose to take it from me! She then tells me I can go without my cpap for surgery. Wrong again woman! I have asthma and it is not under control. She is lying bag of potatoes! Did they once contact me about if I was having trouble with the device or even ask why!
