Most of the negative reviews about the poor service are accurate. No matter how many times you call, it’s very difficult to get someone to answer. You may receive a callback the next day—or later—whenever it’s convenient for them, and if you miss the call, you may have to wait another 24–48 hours for a response.

I have a CPAP through them, and a mask that costs around $150 online was billed at nearly $800 through insurance. On top of that, almost every order has some kind of mistake, and I end up wasting a lot of time trying to correct their errors.

don't let reviews scare you away. If the thousands of others they help would leave reviews, then it would look much different. Insurance approved my CPAP , Health at Home called following day to set up appointment. 3 days later came home with equipment. Few weeks later I wanted to try a different mask, so called and left voicemail. Received callback a few hrs later, order was placed and different mask was on doorstep 4 days later. I cannot speak to the billing part, but can guess alot has to do with insurance companies. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!

I am posting this review on behalf of my father: The hospice team provided exceptional care for my wife, keeping her comfortable while treating her with dignity and compassion. Their professionalism, honesty and willingness to answer questions made a very difficult time a little easier to navigate. They also went above and beyond to provide the equipment she needed quickly and thoughtfully. Just as importantly, they supported me along the way. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone in need of hospice care.
