My wife found a sick cat and called about bringing the cat in to be scanned for a microchip. She stated if no owner or chip was found, she would like the cat to be seen by a vet because the cat was very clearly sick, malnourished and breathing heavy. The Vet came into the room to look at the cat before my wife advised the vet that she was a stray and the initial reasoning of coming in was to scan for a chip first. They had forgotten to scan for a chip but once she reminded the vet, an assistant came in and took the cat back and found out the cat did have an owner and called them. They refused to look at her or treat her further. When my wife was headed to leave, they charged my wife for the “vet visit” because a vet stepped into the room. Dont remember exact number but it was $70+ What?? The vet never diagnosed or ran any tests on her and was in the room for 2 minutes max. A vet should have never stepped into the room before scanning for a chip, that was their mistake not ours. When my wife asked for some meds or aid for the cat since she was being made to pay for the visit anyway, they refused. They didn’t even diagnose what was wrong with her. 1 day later she had to be rushed to the emergency vet for a blood transfusion. Extremely unprofessional and would never recommend this place.

They did a surgery to remove my cat eye which had a tumor. Probably saved her life. Did a great job

Stacy and the team up front are so welcoming and helpful. The Doctor and techs also are very pleasant and informative. Unlike other vets we have been to, this one seems very clean, spacious and organized. You can tell people enjoy being at work and providing the care, which is huge for us!

I just adopted a 5 year old deaf Frenchie. Took her in to get checked out by Dr. Brian at the Ashwabenon Animal Hospital. He answered all my questions and advised me on how to keep her healthy. Dr. Brian gave her a thorough examination. He was very gentle and patient with her. She’s going in for a teeth cleaning soon and I feel she will be safe and well taken care of. The staff is wonderful! Thank you Dr. Brian for taking such good care of her!

They were able to handle a very large and excitable Dane Lab and do everything on the list there was to do. I was amazed. The doc started by gaining trust and giving loves and apparently it was just gravy from there. Highly recommend!
