I got my materials for a 30x30 pole building from Bass Lake. After a few months I had hoped to add an additional 10x30 to the existing building. I reviewed the scope with Jess who seemed to understand what I wanted. After not hearing from Jess for 3 weeks I called to follow up. He Said that he was waiting to hear back from the truss company, for only 4-5 trusses...really?? So I waited another week and yet nothing from Jess or Bass Lake lumber. I finely called Jess and told him I had decided to go a different direction (in other words not waiting any longer for an estimate that should have take a couple days). It was a month of wasted build time, so how could I recommend Bass Lake??

I have been buying from Bass Lake Lumber for over 10 years. Dean is awesome. Not having to drive and deal with the hassle of big box stores is worth a lot. I have done roof projects, windows, major remodel and now a large post frame building. Dean, Jen and yard staff are always very friendly and helpful. Will continue to buy there and highly recommend Bass Lake Lumber.
