Man....these guys are good! Compared to your run-of-the-mill quick oil change places, these guys do everything for the same price or cheaper and they are extremely informative, bringing attention to several possible pending problems that i may have...all around great service. Don? You're the man Don! Ive found a permanent place to get my oil changes and other maintenance, thanks JL.

My car sounded rough when I started it. I was afraid it was an engine problem and I may make the problem worse by driving it. I called another place (where I typically have my work done) and they were not able to get me in to inspect it for a week. I brought it into Jiffy Lube, even though I wasn’t sure this was something they would be able to inspect. I was grateful when they were able to drive and inspect my car on the spot (and didn’t charge me for it!). They were able to identify the problem (broken part in my exhaust) and let me know it was safe to drive. They ordered the part and were able to get me in to replace the exhaust the next day! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. I came in to get an oil change and was told I need new tires. As a woman it can be super intimidating fixing your car. However, I felt comfortable coming back to this location because the man helping me made sure to make me aware of the cost of everything. He gave me a quote for tires and explained every process thoroughly. He came in to the waiting room several times to update me on the progress, during both the oil change and the tire replacement.
