I followed the owner from a prior business. I was really impressed with the service he provided. I was very happy and had been going to Silver Nails for a long time. They began to take advantage of my good nature making me wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour when I always had an appt. Several times I made an appt with Bryan and was stuck with his wife. The last time I called on a Saturday I spoke with the Bryan. I made an appt with him for Sunday. When I showed up he wasn't there. His wife said he went out of town and that she'd be with me soon.
