I've received 2 sets of lenses and frames here, and attempted to change my lenses to a new frame, unsuccessfully. I stopped in, and an associate named Marcus took great care of me, getting my lenses back in my frames, and putting my mind at ease. Thank you Marcus!!! You are greatly appreciated!

I had the most amazing associate named Wendy help me and my son pick out glasses. She was knowledgeable, professional and above all truly cared and made sure we were happy with our choices. She went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Thank you for having such great employees working for you. I will only purchase glasses from Shopko in the future. So happy I was treated like family! ?

We were helped by Kevin and Dr. Boente for our eye exam and getting our new glasses, both were very helpful. I was particularly nervous at first for being way overdue but they made it an exciting experience, both were warm, welcoming and kind to us. They were also patient and knowledgeable with our decision making for the glasses that are right for us, we recommend going!
