“They did wonderful work, our nails look great. Staff is very nice and friendly. Everything is clean. But zero schedule management. We booked for 4 people at 3:00. 2 started just after 3:30, another at 3:45, and the last started at 4:10. Then they took 2 walk ins, then asked an appointment to reschedule. They should say "I'm sorry, we're fully booked" or have a "first come first served" policy. Come for beautiful nails, but don't bother with a reservation.“
