Joe came out in very brutally cold weather Friday night, January 23rd, as my furnace had become very loud and knowing something was wrong, I turned it off.
He was very professional and went through a lot of time consuming work to locate the part (motor) that my unit needed. Once he located part, he had to drive quite a distance to get it.
It didn’t take long for him to install it and it is working fine. Would not hesitate to call K Komfort again in the future. Kaye

I called K Komfort because our AC went out over the weekend. They were very nice when I called and spoke with Doug. He scheduled me for a next day appointment.
Brandon came out and did the service/repair for me and was very respectful, courteous and informative. He worked efficiently and communicated throughout the process and made sure to go over how much things would cost, before he would proceed, which is nice so I don’t have to worry about being hit with a surprise cost! He was also very kind to my pets which speaks volumes for me! Thank you for your hard work today!

K Komfort installed a new combi unit (tankless water heater and boiler) for us, and the whole process went really smoothly. They got the quote to me durring the inital visit, the price was reasonable, and scheduling was easy.
The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was easy to talk to. They explained what they were doing and kept everything tidy.
The system is running great, and I’m glad I went with them. I’d be happy to use K Komfort again.
