Joe came out in very brutally cold weather Friday night, January 23rd, as my furnace had become very loud and knowing something was wrong, I turned it off. He was very professional and went through a lot of time consuming work to locate the part (motor) that my unit needed. Once he located part, he had to drive quite a distance to get it.
