I bought a gift card for my husband for six massages before receiving an email that she’s changing fields. I’m out hundreds of dollars. Attempted to schedule massages before her departure and requested refund multiple times with no resolution. I’ll be filing with a complaint with the FTC. Terrible business practice.

I drove 30 minutes to get to this appointment, waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes and no one from touch of grace was there. I tried calling and got a voicemail. I confirmed my apt day and time when I was supposed to and never got a notification that no one would be here. This is so unprofessional & disappointing.
