I love this gym! They’ve really thought well through the layout and what the gym needs for you to get a full workout in, in the way that works best for you. They have cardio machines with a good view of the town, all the weight and cable machines you might need, free weights with a smith machine, squat racks, and a preacher curl station, plus bars in various configurations for calisthenics training. Also showers and lockers, and several elements that lend a sense of community to the place.
I visit this area every so often and will always look forward to using this gym while in town!

I HIGHLY do NOT recommend ANY of the locations. The owners are beyond rude and crooks. The owners are not transparent or have open communication what so ever. Any time you try to call they do not get back to you. They also have accused my family of "tailgating" and each additional time they take $10 extra dollars even though we pay for the add ons for the additional memberships. owners will nickel and dime you

The staff is so incredibly helpful and kind and they are very responsive to questions or concerns. The place always looks very clean and neat and I have never had a problem here!

Great local gym very quiet and clean. Well kept and lots of variety in the equipment. Helpful guides available as well for those new to the gym on how to properly use equipment.
