I really appreciated the amazing work and the hassle free vibe working with Zien Mechanical. They were great with the planning process & we were able to easily schedule dates and times with them according to our availability, which is the main reason that I have actually recommended Zien to multiple people.
Talk about Lifesavers! I don't go out of my way everyday to write a review but these guys deserve a trophy for saving our business yesterday! We had a leak scheduled to be fixed with another plumber but they kept rescheduling us and then yesterday the leak got out of control and we had to close our kitchen an hour before the lunch rush. We got on the phone and called every plumber in Milwaukee and Zien was the first one on the scene. Their guy was super fast and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and we were back up and running serving lunch! Thank you Zien!
After nearly 30 years of using Zien, I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with their customer service or workmanship. While they no longer take care of residential heating jobs, I continue to use their plumbing service. Shout out to Andy who has recently fixed a few issues for me.. He is knowledgeable, helpful and takes pride in his work.
