My basement drain overflowed on a Saturday evening and I contacted Zien for emergency service. A worker came out and spent 2 hours trying to unclog the drain, but was using the WRONG EQUIPMENT. The cable was far too small for a large pipe, the head he used was also small and the machine was not strong enough. He then told me it needed to be "jetted" at a cost of $1000. He left a huge contaminated sewage mess, including the tree roots all over my basement floor. He cleaned up NOTHING. As I followed him up the basement stairs, his machine was dripping a trail of contaminated sewage water all over the stair carpet. It will have to be replaced. Terrible people, they ordered for 5000,- euro material with us in Holland, we delivered the goods and they do not pay the bill.We called, send mails, reminders, they just ignore us. We have proof off al mails and communication about the order, so we can substantiate this claim.Just as I read in another complaint, management and director don’t care about complaints!So now we have to take legal action against Zien mechanical.Don’t do business with this bogus company, they are incompetent crooks!Bootzeil international

They came and fixed something which was not an issue at all. I was able to fix the issue by myself. Not a company with commitment to customers. I will never do business with them again. Spoke with owner and he doesn't seem to care anything.
