I like your dental services and my hygienist but am frustrated when you call me to reschedule an appointment. I make each appointments with my hygienist for 6 months in advance before I leave. When you cancel my appointment, I should not have to wait over 3 months for a new appointment!!! This is the second time this has happened. it's NOT good customer service.
I thought I was calling Forward Dental in Bay Side to try to get in
to see a dentist about an infection in my implant that turned into an abscess. I got the run around for 4 days . They said a dentist would call me and also prescribe an antibiotic.
Nothing happened. I decided to go in person to Forward Dental in Bay Side to see why they were avoiding me. Come to find out that the calls I made went to the corporate office in Ill.
The wonderful..compassionate woman at the desk Qiara Rogers went above and beyond to get me in to see a dentist. If it weren’t for her my abscess could have burst . I will never forget her incredible customer service.

The dental care was fine. The front desk people (who were quite brusque, by the way) told me neither my primary nor my secondary dental insurance would cover the cleaning. Turns out that was incorrect. I paid out of pocket because it's difficult to rescue appointments with you. Now I have to pursue Forward Dental to submit the claim to Delta Dental, get paid, and then reimburse me. I'm very disappointed and am considering finding another provider.
