I had a great experience at Ulta today. Akayla was absolutely amazing. I came in for a foundation shade match and also needed to complete a return, and she made the entire experience smooth and easy. I was having trouble locating my receipt, and she even took the time to help me research it so I could complete my return without any issues. Her customer service was excellent, she was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Her skin was flawless, so of course I had to ask what she uses. Akayla truly made my visit enjoyable, and I wanted to make sure she gets recognized for the outstanding service she provided.
I loved my hair after my appointment with Bria, she made sure to communicate with me the entire process, from each product she was using and why to what I should do at home for healthier hair. 10/10 experience. Will be back again. She’s definitely a stylist I trust.
I wish I took before and after photos but Bria in the salon was a lifesaver for my friend and I. We had an issue with how we dyed our hair and it ended up looking atrocious for us. We were struggling, and we called the day of to see if someone could help us fix our hair to make it look natural again. With having no idea what she was getting herself into, she blocked off the rest of her day. Prices were extremely reasonable and she made our hair look like nothing happened!
