Both technicians were extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They arrived within the 2 hour timeframe and completed on time. The scheduler is also extremely professional and helped to reach a date that worked on my calendar. Had a Pella bay window rot through the sash. Pella said too bad we won’t fix it but we’ll sell you a new $10k bay! I told them to go pound sand and called Argo. Argo replaced the rotten sash and it looks wonderful for a fraction of the cost of a new window. Great company to work with!
The Argo team were very professional. Called back quickly. Sent a technician out to measure and give a quote. The installation was on the promised date and time. Cleaned up after the install. While not the cheapest high quality and I believe you Get What You Pay For!! Highly recommend them for Aurora/Naperville area.
