Absolutely horrible corporate management. Impossible to deal with. Don't even waist your time with this park and certainly not your money. Corporate owns this park and they won't work with anyone or even return calls. Very very bad at there jobs.

If there was a no star that’s what these low life scum would get. They have managers that do not know how to do their jobs. I received an eviction notice when my rent was always paid early and over paid I always rounded up. They hung up on me every time I tried to figure it out. Apparently one of their workers never filed my free months rent that I received with the purchase of my home. Thank god I had all my paper work. Fast forward 3 yrs they gave me a written offer on my house and never followed thro so I proceeded and sold the house on my own and it took 6-7 month to get my security deposit on my lot back and when I did they took water bill money that I again had...read full review

Moved out, was told 3 weeks to get my deposit back its been 5 weeks still nothing.Contacted manager 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything. She said she will let me know.Called and left a message on answering service. They actually got back to me within 10 minutes. Wow!Really went down hill when new owners took over.
