Very responsive and customer oriented company. So easy to setup an appointment. Emil texted me 15 minutes before arriving on-site and showed up right on time. He assessed the issue with my drawer dishwasher in no time and fixed it in less than 25 minutes. Emil is on top of his game. Besides that, he's a good communicator and very friendly gentleman. I have already referred him to our building manager who is always looking for professional and reliable vendors!!

Our GE dryer stopped heating up! It would run but would simply not heat. We called and they had Leon out to us in under an hour. Leon was very knowledgeable, found the issue, double checked any other possible contributing sources of the problem, and fixed it! Will call them again for any future problems!

On time , quick diagnostic, expert service technician - Leo! Recognized him from a previous service call and remembered that he is one of the better technicians so will only ask for him when needed in the future

Called them on a recommendation from an acquaintance. They did a great job. Came quickly. Found the issue with the dishwasher. Ordered the part and came back the following week, at which point the machine was functional. The repair was good for about six months, but it required an adapter to be long lasting. They ordered the adapter and fixed it a week later at no extra charge. Meanwhile I was able to use the machine after the very first repair. Great value. I will use them again for sure.

Liars! change your name. I asked about my brand. No they don't fix that. I asked about anyone who might. She told me to use YELP. I said that's how I found you. Waste of time. Perhaps a more helpful receptionist- or name.

Spectacular, the best appliance repair experience that I have ever received. Our Bosch washing machine had E23 error code and stopped working. It was a stacked unit and difficult repair to diagnose and access. The technician replied promptly, showed up on time, gave me honest advice, and ultimately completed the repair at a reasonable cost and with great attitude. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Dimitry was simply exceptional! He was patient, thoughtful and was able to diagnose and fix my washer's draining issue within an hour. I hope I don't have to see him again but will definitely call All Brand Appliance Repair if I have other issues!
