This golf course used to be part of the resort. Its a good course. They put in a driving range and rearranged the holes to accommodate it. The new hole is 6 and you now start on the back 9 which is now the front 9. Keeping up?
Now the holes are pretty straight forward with a few cool ones. The fairways and greens are in good condition for the most part. Except 6 which is still a work in progress. The pace of play is pretty good. Although for some reason, it seems to get a little backed up from 5 to 7. But staff inside is nice and the cheese curds are really good.
Definitely worth a look.
Our pooch loves it there. He actually gets excited to leave us overnight, which is rare. The staff is excellent and they gave us a tour.
