Wov.... the lead engineer Justin is an outstanding. they understand the criticality of the business and setup our new system according to standard. Justin was so friendly and worked with us and the city of Appleton to setup our new hood system. we needed some help over the weekend and he was so kind to give the cellphone number and talk to us during his vacation to resolve all the issues. you don't find better service company than them. Highly recommend this company.
Summit was very easy to work with and did an excellent job checking our fire protection equipment throughout the building. They even assisted us briefly when we had a power outage during the equipment check.
