Cintas Fire Protection

Huge thank you to Chad and Owen from Cintas Fire Protection! They stopped by our office today to test our emergency lights and fire extinguishers, and they were seriously awesome!
They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing along the way & also had some fun banter.
It’s not often you leave a fire inspection thinking, “Wow, those guys were great,” but that’s exactly how we all thought it felt!!
Great customer service, super knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice people!
Thanks again, Chad and Owen, we appreciate you!

They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered our questions, and made sure everything was completed thoroughly and efficiently. It's refreshing to work with technicians who not only know their job well but also provide such outstanding customer service.

We were there for the recertification of our fire extinguisher. Paige and I believe it was Steve who recertified it very quickly and at no cost, all with a big smile! The service was truly awesome. 👏🏻
