We moved into a new home in Wisconsin recently and wasn't sure when our AC and furnace was maintained and what state they were in. We saw that Urban Heating & Cooling was highly recommended in the community page we reside in and contacted them. I was pleasantly surprised with the communication of this company. We reached out to them via E-Mail and Janelle, the office manager, was very quick to respond to all our emails. We were fortunate enough to be able to get a same day appointment and set up our AC portion of the package come May. They sent out Dakota and his partner to work on our furnace. I can not begin to express how happy I am. By far greatest heating and cooling company. I was told by another company I needed a whole new air conditioner. Urban air came out and diagnosed and fixed it for under $300 dollars. Super polite and friendly technican. Answered all my questions. I would highly highly recommend for any HVAC needs!!

Saturday (7/27) morning our AC stopped working, I called their after hours number and one of their technicians Shane called in about 2 hours letting me know he was on his way, Thanks for getting there so quickly I really appreciate it.
