When you walk in the door, and it’ll be more than likely Corey, the store manager will greet you. We have all had experiences when we go into a tire store and you wonder if you really needed a new tire. Especially if you send your daughter-will they take advantage of the situation. Would recommend anyone to get their car repairs done here. They provide a full detailed report on what is needed to get fixed on your car. Which is very easy to understand for just about anyone. Sam and Gabe provided outstanding service from start to finish. Sam was flexible and responsive with scheduling, even accommodating last-minute changes. When I arrived, both were professional and knowledgeable.
Gabe identified an issue with my tie rods during a suspension check and offered to stay late to complete the repair. When parts weren’t available for delivery, Sam went out of her way to pick them up herself, allowing everything to be finished the same day.
