Ryan challenges me with every session. I have been working with him for 3 months and every workout is different making it interesting. I have tennis elbow and Ryan continues to look for new exercises or devices to help me overcome it. He is exactly what I was looking for in a personal trainer.

Ryan is the best. Knowledgeable, Motivating, Encouraging, and above all Positive. He doesn’t just “show up” and hand you a piece of paper with exercises and then wander off. The workouts are challenging and get noticeable results. I highly recommend him to anyone who truly wants to improve their health and fitness level.

I've worked with a few personal trainers and Ryan is definitely the best! I was referred to Ryan almost a year ago but was hesitant to start working out again at a gym. Ryan made me feel very comfortable from start, really listened to my personal goals, and was able to come up with a great workout plan that pushes me without making me feel defeated or uncomfortable. Would 100% recommend!
